Wendy is an excellent agent. She recently helped us sell our home in New Castle. Our home had some issues, thanks to previous tenants, and we are living in a different state. Despite these hurdles, Wendy went above and beyond to help us in any way possible to make the sale as smooth as possible. She recommended tradesmen to help us get the house in better shape and even met them at the property as needed. Since we no longer are living in PA nor do we own any property there, we won't likely need Wendy's services in the future but I wouldn't have any reservations at all recommending her to others.
